Salary: $78,000 – $85,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Mode: Full Time

Hours: 38 hrs per week

We are currently seeking an experienced, high-performing Store Manager / Car Wash Manager to lead operations at our Bentley, WA site.

About the role

At Magic, we recognize that our Site Managers are critical to the operations of our business. Without a strong and capable leader who can bring out the best in our teams, our customers, and our team members, we know that true success is just not possible.

That’s why we’re looking for an amazing individual with experience from similar service industries such as fast food, retail, or better yet, car washes, to join our 23+ strong National Car Wash network.

Our Site Managers are responsible for the day-to-day running of the car wash business, as well as thinking big picture on how to continuously lift the bar on performance and sales.

• At least 1 year of relevant management work experience in a fast-paced retail or service environment
• Relevant Qualification

Tasks & responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, induct, train, supervise, and develop employees to maintain a skilled, safe, and high-performing workforce.
• Champion exceptional customer service standards across all driveway and wash bay operations to build long-term customer loyalty.
• Determine product mix, monitor chemical and detailing stock levels, manage service standards, and oversee daily operational requirements.
• Formulate and implement local purchasing, sales, and promotional strategies, including setting membership options and pricing.
• Promote and advertise the establishment’s car washing and detailing goods/services to maximise sales revenue and engagement.
• Work directly alongside team members on the driveway to provide regular on-the-job feedback, coaching, and adherence to operational procedures.
• Manage site presentation, facility maintenance, and equipment upkeep to meet clean, safe, and professional standards.
• Maintain accurate records of stock inventories, daily sales, financial transactions, roster costs, and overall site performance.
• Interpret business reports and operational data (e.g., labor percentages, team productivity) to continuously improve profitability and efficiency.
• Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety (WHS), environmental standards, and all statutory employment regulations.

Our car wash sites are open 7 days a week so availability to work weekends as well as throughout the week is a must.

1 years of experience in managing a team that operates via an established system, like a fast food, a service business, or a large retail outlet with more than 10 team members is a must-have.

Equally important is a leader who leads from the front – who gets their hands dirty and works alongside the team to prove their credibility and set the standard for quality results through their actions.
