Can I cancel anytime?: Use Manage subscription in your dashboard to review cancellation options and the effective date. Contact us if you need help with billing.
What is an immigration report export?: A PDF record of a published job ad and its activity. Provisional lifetime allowances are Free 1, Basic 10, Standard 10, and Premium unlimited. They do not reset every 30 days. A posting promotion does not increase report exports. Reports do not guarantee acceptance for a visa or other application.
How are postings counted?: Published postings count cumulatively during your 30-day period. Deleting, unpublishing, or expiry does not restore your allowance. Saving a draft does not publish it. Your dashboard shows the current allowance and period supplied by the server.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?: Open your dashboard to view plans or manage your subscription. Review the timing and payment details shown in checkout or billing before confirming a change.
Is there a commitment?: Each plan period is exactly 30 days, not a calendar month. Paid prices include GST. The Free plan does not require a credit card.
