This notice explains the information used when you browse GetMeJob, create an employer account, or apply for a role. Contact GetMeJob with a privacy question or concern.

Information you provide

Employer accounts use contact details, company information, sign-in details, and subscription records. Job listings contain the information an employer chooses to publish. Applications submitted through GetMeJob can include your name, email, phone number, cover letter, CV, and answers supplied with the application. Provide only information relevant to the role.

How information is used and shared

Account information supports sign-in, job management, billing, and support. We make published job details visible to visitors. When you apply through GetMeJob, the employer responsible for that job can access your application. That employer is responsible for its recruitment decisions and its further handling of your information.

If a listing sends you to an external application page or email address, the recipient handles the information you provide under its own privacy practices. Review those practices before applying. Payment checkout is handled by Stripe; review the privacy information shown by Stripe when entering payment details. An optional third-party sign-in shares the account details needed to authenticate you.

Browser and service data

The employer portal stores sign-in information in your browser to keep you signed in. Use Sign out on a shared device. Operating the service also involves request and security data, such as network addresses and error records. Service providers may process information needed to host, secure, authenticate, and operate the platform.

Access, correction, and deletion requests

Use your account tools to update information where available. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or help with a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity and clarify the information involved. Some records may need to be retained for billing, security, dispute handling, or applicable obligations. Deleting a listing does not necessarily delete an application already received by an employer.

Your choices

You can browse roles without submitting an application. Avoid including sensitive documents or information that the employer has not requested for a clear recruitment purpose. Contact the employer directly about information you submitted through its external application process.
