MARTISA GROUP PTY LTD is seeking a reliable and experienced full-time Landscape Gardener to join the team in Diggers Rest, VIC.

About the Role
The successful candidate will be working on residential and/or commercial landscaping projects across Melbourne. You’ll be involved in everything from garden bed installation and turf laying to paving, retaining walls, and irrigation systems, helping bring outdoor spaces to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and maintain gardens, lawns, and planting beds
• Lay turf, mulch, and soil, and plant trees, shrubs, and flowers
• Construct hardscaping features such as paving, decking, retaining walls, and fencing
• Install and repair irrigation and drainage systems
• Operate landscaping equipment and machinery (mowers, brush cutters, excavators, etc.)
• Read and interpret landscape plans and designs
• Perform general garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding, and mulching
• Ensure worksites are kept safe, tidy, and compliant with WHS requirements
• Liaise with clients and site supervisors as needed

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience in landscaping or garden maintenance
• Good knowledge of plants, gardening techniques and landscape maintenance
• Ability to safely operate gardening and landscaping equipment
• Good physical fitness and the ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship
• Good communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A reliable and positive approach to work
• AQF Certificate III or higher, or at least 3 years relevant experience

A remuneration package of between $71,480 to $90,000, plus superannuation will be negotiated depending on skills and experience.
