Position: Accommodation and Hospitality Operations Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week

Mode: Full-time

Location: Bondi Junction, Sydney NSW

Experience required: Minimum 2 years’ experience in accommodation, hospitality, or property operations management

We manage a diverse portfolio of furnished apartments and homes, with a strong focus on presentation, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, and owner outcomes.

We are seeking an experienced Accommodation and Hospitality Operations Manager to oversee our accommodation operations, ensuring properties are maintained to the highest standard and guest readiness is consistently achieved.

About the Role

This is a hands-on management role responsible for overseeing accommodation operations, property presentation, maintenance coordination, and service standards across our portfolio.

You will manage cleaning teams, contractors, linen coordination, inspections, and operational workflows to ensure every property is guest-ready and maintained to a high hospitality standard.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accommodation operations across multiple properties
• Manage cleaning teams, inspectors, and external contractors
• Coordinate property cleaning schedules and quality control inspections
• Ensure guest readiness standards are consistently achieved prior to arrivals
• Manage linen, consumables, and operational supply requirements
• Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with suppliers and trades
• Monitor service standards and implement operational improvements
• Resolve operational issues relating to property presentation
• Prepare operational reports and support business performance objectives
• Maintain compliance with accommodation standards and workplace procedures

Qualification

• Diploma of Business, Hospitality Management or any relevant qualification (preferred but not required)

Skills and Other Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in accommodation, hospitality, or property operations management
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Experience managing multiple properties, teams, or hospitality operations
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to manage contractors and external service providers
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience in short-term rental operations highly regarded
