Perdaman Chemicals and Fertilisers is looking for a Utilities & Offsites Panel Operator & is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the power block, utilities, and off-site processes within the Ammonia & Urea Fertilizers Plant. The role includes monitoring, controlling, and coordinating all operational aspects of gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, ASU (Air Separation Unit) and balance-of-plant, air, water (DM, polishing, cooling tower), fuel handling (NG, HSD), effluent and flare systems to ensure uninterrupted power generation and utility support to process plants.

Education/ Experience Requirements:

• Diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Power Engineering.
• 8-12 years of experience in utilities and power plant operations in a continuous process industry (preferably fertilizer, petrochemical, or refinery).
• Experience with Siemens makes gas turbines and steam turbines an added advantage.
• Familiarity with ammonia/urea production support utilities is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of utility plant systems and processes (steam, power, air, water, etc.).
• Experience operating DCS or PLC-based control systems (e.g., Yokogawa, Siemens).
• Knowledge of safety systems (LOTO, confined space, HAZOP, emergency shutdowns).
• Ability to read P&IDs, SOPs, and technical documents.
• Good analytical, communication, and team coordination skills.
• Rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Exposure to World Scale operational Hazardous plant safety standards.
