Salary: $66,413 to $83,000 per annum plus superannuation

Hours: 38 hours per week

About the Role

Johnex is seeking a reliable and safety-focused Production Operator to join our manufacturing team in Yarloop.

Working within a highly regulated production environment, you will play an important role in the preparation, manufacture, packaging and distribution of specialised products while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and operational excellence.

This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a team environment, following procedures and contributing to efficient production outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment and manufacturing processes safely and efficiently.
• Prepare, assemble and package products in accordance with established procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor production activities and maintain accurate stock and inventory controls.
• Perform routine plant, equipment and workplace inspections.
• Complete cleaning, housekeeping and general maintenance activities.
• Assist with preventative maintenance activities and equipment changeovers.
• Follow all safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse or processing environment.

Desirable

• Forklift Licence.
• Experience operating production or processing equipment.
• Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
